Yes Harvard is well know, but is it famous because you are told it's famous. To an engineer Harvard is garbage.

All perspective, you still haven't quantified your argument as this one woman's achievement is more important as to other women doing the same job or why we should honor her say vs a person who is put in charge of a local college.

Last, we need to stop emphasizing race and gender as quantifiers. Either they are qualified or not.

She is more than qualified. I don't care if she is a woman or black. I care she will do the job.

So you tell me why it should be celebrated. Why should we announce a black woman being put in the position of a pretentious elitist school, while other womens achievements are ignored because the word Harvard is not attached to it.
