None of these reviews and tests are for longevity. Bottom line, old machines were built better and easier to fix. They weren’t super efficient on water use. New Speed-queens are easy to fix and built for longevity.

The only thing I’d add is to make sure you include your upcoming raise in the comparison. If that’s gonna be 2%, this is a no brained- jump ship.
If it’s gonna be 8% things are obviously a lot closer.

Check their FAQ, doesn’t look promising.

Mine are identical except they didn't come with the round ones. I can confirm that the square/rectangular ones all fit into each other. I think the lids have lifetime warranties too. Here's closer to my set, but I did buy it at Costco: https://www.snapware.com/product/10-piece-food-storage-container-set-made-pyrex-glass

Bosch or Miele (if you aren’t moving for 20yrs). Oh and whole home water softener and surge protector.

Buy them a water softener instead. Losing battle if the iron has an internal reservoir

My 2020 Speed Queen front loaders are great, no issues cleaning or damaging clothes.
I think the TC series is great for most people.
