Honestly, that place is huge, and you are going to have issues filing it up, even if you have a great concept. Also, being able to see from the street how empty it usually was probably didn't help either.
Like others mentioned, food was ok, but hardly something to cry home about. Oh well.

I'd start with bus routes that connect the South Side with Squirrel Hill, and one that does South Side-North Side without going through Oakland and Bloomfield. Longer term, perhaps completing the West Busway into downtown, and extending the East Busway.
I'd love a bike trail that goes along the Ohio River from downtown until Coraopolis and Sewickley. Also, protected bike infrastructure for going into the South Hills and the West End.

I've always wondered if Mt. Washington and Duquesne Heights residents could convince PAT/PRT and the operator of the Duquesne Incline to have a dedicated, priority line for them to use the inclines.

Reply to Checking in - how was your day? by MaynardWaltrip
I had an unexpected solo Christmas, as my travel plans had to be postponed until later this week. It was lonely at times, for sure, but I video called my family, made myself a delicious lentil soup, cuddled with my cat, watched movies (including 'Lightyear' :-) ), went for a walk, and had hot chocolate. A good day by just about any measure.
PS: Jared Leto's hard kombucha.

Can't recall the number of slices, but it was large enough for two people.
