Mine took some wrangling to update; for a while my system said it didn't have enough memory on the disc to install, I have two discs there's plenty of room on it.

I have tells for bad snow drivers, not so much nicknames, though I use them as nicknames something:
Florida plates or Green plates = Old drivers, avoid during snow travel.
No headlights = it's law that you have to have lights on in bad weather here in Mass, but people still don't and it's not really enforced. So, when people do it, you know they aren't thinking of other drivers on the road and being visible to them.

My bud had a place near Harry's in Allston, we used to count the rats running to and from the landlord's shed while we were grilling and having beers. They were coming from the restaurants in the area.

Same. Our household income is $120k, yet we're still struggling to save between price gouging, 3k rent, etc. We have decent savings, but we can't grow it to keep pace with the 10% needed for down-payment. I got outbid on so many properties by $50k each time early on during the pandemic that we basically gave up. Hoping we can snag a condo, this year because our landlord's trying to get rid of us to renovate and we really don't want to rent anymore.

Fun fact: if you are accused of sexual assault in literally any other non-govt job, you'd probably be fired before it got to the "plead guilty" stage.

If you look at the Globe map (paywall), it goes by town. The coastal North Shore was pretty behind it, Rowley, Newbury (not Newburyport), Salisbury, and Marblehead being exceptions. Seems the interior suburbs, like Danvers, Peabody, and Saugus, are where the real millionaires live.
