When I went to college in Bethlehem, the drive from home in Pittsburgh cost $12 each way on the turnpike. By the time I was finished with college it was $20. I would pay $12 to save the 30-45 min. At $20 I stopped using it. It wasn’t worth it and with the amount of cops on the road, it is even less worth it.

The Turnpike might be sort of worth it at today’s price if you could go 90-100 mph legally. Otherwise, I will spend the extra 30-45 minutes to visit my friends in Eastern PA and NJ by driving through Maryland and save myself over $100 on my trip in unnecessary costs.

You are correct that $18/hr is objectively better than $10/hr.

You are, however, not correct that it’s good money. Until recent history, people could support a family on a grocery store cashiers wages. Now, without your mother, or if you had no family then 3 other roommates in a shit apartment, you couldn’t support yourself on those wages. Never mind a family.

My last boyfriend used to beat me and cheat on me, but my current boyfriend only cheats on me so he’s a great guy.

This is what you sound like with that garbage.

Building a pc is dead easy. There have to be tons of YouTube videos. Every part only fits in one spot. The only thing that isn’t as intuitive is the little wires for any front facing usb slots and power lights..basically the case electronics themselves that plug into the motherboard. How you do that is in the manual for the motherboard.

Otherwise just be careful when setting your cpu in place. Once it’s clipped in you’ll not have to be nearly as delicate with the rest of the hardware.
