No way MICA put an offer on any real estate while their enrollment dwindles further and more layoffs are around the corner, unless maybe the offer was to trade Mt. Royal Station.

Also assuming that they have valid, active registration with their name and address on it.

Second time she's filmed in Baltimore, I think. She filmed some of "The Invasion" with Daniel Craig here in late 2005.

Oh! I forgot--you can also search for permits for any city address back to 2005 on this site.

You might want to ask some neighbors. Since the pandemic started, we've walked past many flips (good/bad) in our travels around the neighborhood, including a few that are slowly rotting after a series of "stop work" permit violations. We'd be happy to give anyone a heads up, if they asked.
Side note: We're of extremely modest income and were only able to afford a house (Summer 2019) by renovating/purchasing it with the Healthy Neighrborhoods program. We did 95% of the work ourselves and it was a wild/traumatizing/worthwhile experience to gut and essentially remake our house. We will always have the benefit of knowing every part of our home down to the frame and we know the quality of the work that went into building it back up. We took no shortcuts and have the therapy co-pays to show for it.

It's concrete. This section of Northern Parkway was assessed by the city last year. (See Page 25)

Northern Parkway was expanded to six lanes in that area in the 60s/70s, around the same time the JFX was being built. So yes, it's definitely been repaved. Has it been repaved since the 2007 Google Street View photo? No. Unless you are walking on cobblestone or brick in Baltimore, it's been repaved at some point in its history. Asphalt roads have a lifespan of 15-20 years and nearly twice that for concrete.

The Inner Harbor is nice enough, during the day. It's just...empty.

Several years ago a deer almost hit me in Hampden. Late at night I was walking up Roland just past Union and a large buck (antlers and all) ran across the street then jumped over the fence and into the yard of the house I was passing. It stopped and we stared at each other for a moment. It was kind of magic. https://imgur.com/a/Ufn51kk
