I've found our registry makes zero sense anyways. My wife was trying to get her license moved from NH to MA and it was a huge pain, she was rejected twice for not having the right paperwork and the third time she went she brought a page from the registry showing what you can use for proof of address and they still gave her a hard time.

But, like they said, if you go over 8 total rooms you divide by 2 and round down to the lower whole number to get the bedroom count for Title 5 purposes, or you put a 4 bedroom deed restriction on the property. Now, if the town catches the room count is another story, some would and others wouldn't. I'd guess that your system is sized for 4 bedrooms, my experience with new construction is 4 is pretty standard, you only see 5 or more if you are in a wealthy area where the extra bedroom has a bigger return.

Hey neighbor! I'll second Haverhill and the surrounding area, you have the commuter rail and it's further north so a bit shorter ride to beaches and Maine too. Haverhill has some good restaurants downtown too.

Stay sober and wear your seat belt too. Not a DUI incident, but my 17 year old cousin passed away New Years Day 8 years ago, the 2 other people with him wore their seat belt and survived the accident.

I had a Tacoma, stock headlights are not even that bright in them so idk why people are flashing you. My model 3 has super bright headlights but I rarely get flashed, my 2012 Taurus had bright lights too and I got flashed all the time in that, but it was all factory.

I will say, I just came back from Iceland and people there were terrible about turning off their high beams, I was constantly blinded by oncoming traffic.

I know we have our share of shitboxes here, but have you ever been to states with no inspections? You see way more death traps in places like Ohio.

I am a car enthusiast myself and have had my frustrations with our inspections, but I am thankful for the dangerous stuff it catches, even if it isn't everything.
