That, or pick something other than emotional points. A fun example might be: deaths in A Song of Ice and Fire, or switching of character perspectives/setting/scene in a different book or series, or frequency of a particular word/phrase.
Part of the charm of the movie poster one is that you could possibly distinguish the film without a title. Take away the titles here and I’d have no clue what I’m looking at.
