It is weird to expect the victorious and stronger party to make concessions to achieve a goal that already most benefits the defeated and weaker party.

When Sonny is beating up Carlo it is pretty obvious that Caan isn't actually connecting with some of his punches. However, it is still so satisfying to see Carlo get the shit knocked out of him.

That movie some how found out a way to drag out every scene, so even if it started off fun in the end the scene was just tedious, especially the end.

I will point that Germany's borders are vastly different than what they were pre-1939. *Japan's borders are different from what they used to hold pre-WW2 as they used to hold both Korea and Taiwan. Finally, the United States didn't fight the South Koreans.
