I don't think you have looked into drilling a well recently.

Correct.
It's a Williams model 3003622. That is not where I got it it was just the first link that popped for a search.
I have had it for about 6 years in a 2000sq ft house. It gets a little cool in the house below --10 but nothing ever freezes. If my windows where new I would probably not have an issue though. I had to replace the thermal couple once.

It uses a pilot light.

My propane does not use electricity. It was hard to find a heater that didn't need electric though.

5 years ago in Woodbury I had direct register prints through fresh snow that had the length of stride and size of paw to be nothing smaller than a large German Shepherd. They generally looked like cat prints but had been melted a bit by bright sunlight and wind. Damn VT weather! lol I got several new neighbors the following summer and that ended that. Also, no more dear at the apple trees, no more bears at the apple trees, no more rabbits around the yard and the turkeys have moved their preferred path about .3 miles down the road.

That's a gentle "this is what it's like to be in a crash" experience you got.
Learn from it instead of thinking they all end like that.

It's worse! I barely made it out of my driveway because of the slush, but ice and snow are no problem for my Patriot. Plus you can't see the ruts so you get yanked around on the dirt roads on that greasy mess.

> Any App That Could Just Be A Website Only Exists To Track You
This is why I don't have a cell phone anymore. My SO uses a flip phone that cant run apps and doesn't even have gps. Monetizing my data points and trashing my privacy is a real fucked up thing to do to me as a customer and I do everything I can to make it a pain in the ass to do to me while also giving them the smallest number of data points possible. But on a supposedly secure banking app?! What the actual fuck?!!!

Why the hell does a bank need a TikTok traker?!
Are there people uploading sexy or funny posts about their account?

Just got my power back after 19 hours! Thank you thank you to the linemen out there who worked through the night in brutal conditions to get it up and running again!!!
I'm so glad I have propane heat that doesn't require power and a gravity spring for water. Planning ahead for off grid living in the woods really paid off this year!
I hope everyones power is restored soon, stay safe and stay warm.

A collapsible shovel is another key item! Also a hatchet. An emergency blanket, a change of clothes and several changes of socks can save your life if you get wet.

Auto Shaman is doing inspections now? That's good news if true! Scot does all my repairs that aren't covered by warranty and he is a straight shooter who has never tried to up sell me and has even recommended less expensive options when he didn't need to. I see him working on allot of RVs lately, I assume because he is HVAC certified now.

Reply to Getting a driver's permit/license as an adult by Flamingo479910
This is crazy! In the late 80s early 90s I had let my junior license from another state expire and it had been several years. I went to the DMV, took the written test, took the driving test and walked out with a photo license. I think any adult who can pass both tests should be able to schedule the tests both for the same day and walk out legal to drive.
When did this change and more importantly why did this change?
