So I upgraded during the pandemic I sold my house for a ton of profit then put down 100k on a 395k house further north so my mortgage payment was exactly the same since interest and taxes were lower although my principal was now higher than the first house. I make 100k a year with at the time a stay at home mom and a kid now she works so it should be easier once we pay off some debts that incurred during the pandemic.

Yeah I was just looking at income, Cars like 300 and property tax is 6500 in a non Fairfield county town (was almost 9k in ffld county) federal government takes way more and I get even less in return from those schmucks.

Gotcha. Must make over 500k a year to get hit with 40k taxes to move out. I only pay around 4k so not so bad for me. Looking into what other states pay I was surprised to see CT isn’t even in the top 10 highest taxes for income tax.

We had an 18 wheeler go down our road and it ripped the fiber line right off the house, gonetspeed was there an hour or so later putting another one up. Awesome company.

80-100 for 15 dozen wholesale. Shits insane. Before the pandemic they were 15$ for 15 dozen.

What I don’t get is everyone who uses gas to heat uses the same amount regardless so how can they site pipe capacity if they aren’t actually running out thus making the price more?
