Sad news for people that want to use climate change as an excuse for more authoritarian control.

There’s a lot of hate for OP, Jeremy Kauffman (and I don’t agree with some of his posts and actions), but if I had to fight the SEC for 5 years on a bs lawsuit that could set a legal precedent, and a company that I built from the ground up was either going to survive with less resources, or go bankrupt… I’d probably make some bad decisions too.
