A rounding error in a campaign. Crazy they dedicated page real estate for this. Perhaps an agenda?

Yes is the short answer. I'm not certain of the story but there's either a high school, or sports division, named like that. Certainly familiar to this Montco resident.

Evictions don't work that way, lol. The event of default (loose interpretation, as decided by the "aggrieved landlord" here) is at noon today.

I did a drive-through one time for work - we were considering buying a whole real estate portfolio of Section 8 housing in one contiguous neighborhood. At 11am on a Tuesday there were hundreds of people outside on lawn chairs drinking beer. Also, the brains of the operation was a Widener graduate (college in Chester) who wanted to do right for the city. I forget why we didn't go for it, but it was at the time when the soccer team was approved but not yet building. One friend we dealt with has an office in Chester but he was right on the water and nobody ever crossed over 95 to the side where people lived. There was one grocery store (now zero I think) in the city. It's just sad what happens when people have no no incentive to work. I can't see it coming back any time soon.

People are fucked up now. There's person, a relative ffs, who asked a favor. Just do it. Not much more thought needed. Hide your diamonds and rolexes. Otherwise, make them feel as welcome into your home as humanly possible. Quit being a selfish fuck. Go out of your way to make it a great 5-6 hours for them. And then start to approach life with a more positive approach. You need it.

Run from Haverford College. They are as wacky as it gets. Totally incompatible with an analytical mind and degree like computer science. Gee whiz. That's a crazy combo there.

When it snows, the municipality can clear the roads and get people mobile again inside of 12 hours. Doesn't happen in Manayunk. And the burbs are way better for snow and parking. Sorry if I hurt your sensitivities and sense of home...

Personally, I think it's a mistake. Sure, it's fun and all, but paying the City Wage tax and then having to deal with the awful parking and snow situation would piss me off. I can understand wanting to live in the city and have a cool neighborhood, but Manayunk is rough living (I think crime is fine there btw, not my issue). At the very least get closer to the Wissahickon stop. But, I think you'd be better off in Fairmount or out in Conshy (or some lively burb).
