Make your broker earn their fee. Tell them what you are looking for and make them find you places that tick all the boxes. Every triple decker I've ever rented had a gas stove and heat/hw.

They are going to be phased out though, so maybe expand your search to include induction cooktops if you are looking in luxury apartment buildings. You may find they are the best alternative.

A compact umbrella stroller is my preference for kids over 6 months, although I always carried a moby wrap as well in case they got fussy. I have a backpack diaper bag and it was never a problem. I don't think they'll look twice at a carrier pack, even with storage.

The Dance Complex is a venue that instructors and groups rent space from. There are many different experiences you will have there. I suggest you keep checking back to see what's being offered. It can change often.

It's too round and the handle is more narrow. Speaking as a person with a favorite mug, it's less about how it looks and more about how it fits your hand.

When you go to buy a replacement, bring the broken one wrapped up in something so it doesn't cut you, and hold it in your hand and compare how they rest in your hand, how the weight is distributed, but especially how the handle fits and how easy and comfortable it is to hold for a long moment.

I have never used an electric blanket. I have gone back and forth between down duvets (Ikea), good thick quilts (Pottery Barn), and very heavy blankets (Woolrich) though.

Things that help besides a good set of blankets are a bedroom humidifier (dry air feels colder besides drying you out), plastic over the windows, and an air gap under the bed. You need the air to be able to circulate beneath the bed, so don't just put a mattress on the floor and don't store a lot of stuff under the bed. You will be warmer with that air gap providing some insulation.

Wool socks or a good pair of sheepskin slippers (even fake ones) will keep you warm while you're up and about, and a good throw on the couch is a must. The best I've found are these faux fur throws. They are super soft and luxurious and have that weight, but I wouldn't use them on the bed or you will overheat. Plus they can be hard to clean. I vacuum/steam clean mine.
