I think Russia's military is shit because despite a huge technological and equipment advantage, they failed to invade Ukraine and are pulling tanks from the 1950s into service, yes. I think Russia's government is shit because dictatorships are inherently flawed and weak and Putin has stolen hundreds of billions from the Russian people, yes.
