In that case, I think that you should call traffic court until someone there can give you the number for parking court, because that's ridiculous that they could not.

Definitely need them along 83 between Cold Spring Lane and Eager St. That section is an engineering nightmare.

Yes. If you are replacing fixtures, your contractor will need to pull permits.

Root canals with crowns are expensive, even with insurance.
Try to find an endodontist that has financing available and that may take your insurance, if your insurance will cover any of it (I can't remember, but I think I was out about $1200 bucks for the root canal and crown).
I had my root canal done with these folks: https://www.marylandendodontics.com/ My tooth was fractured. Got the root canal done that same day with a temporary crown.

Shorts over top of the running tights because I don't want to be running bulge-out in public. Personal choice. Style of shorts is up to you.

Running leggings, shorts over top. Long sleeve compression shirt, T-shirt over top. Light gloves. Head-band that goes over the ears if it's particularly cold.
Some combo of that would work depending on the temp and your own tolerance to the cold.
I know that I get warm quickly when I run, so if it's over 40ish degrees, I'll skip a lot of the extra gear.

I'm going to get an outdoor antenna and mount it onto the mast of an old DirecTV dish that's on my front roof. I should be able to pull in all of the local stations easily with that.
With my indoor antennas, it's hit-or-miss whether I'll be able to pick up the channel I want.

The Subway used to be quick and reliable, even if it had a limited service area (Last time I regularly used it was 2012-2016).

Unfortunately, if the rust damage is as bad as you say, you're likely going to have to either get it repaired or just bite the bullet and get a replacement vehicle.
I'd take it to a body shop and get an estimate, but it's probably going to be out of budget to repair.
