Sony have had tentacles in a lot of Devs and publishers from pre-xbox days, so negotiating exclusives is probably much easier for them

Ah I like to hold them in place, then airstrike their power plants to kill defences and send an engineer in to take the war factory and either build an MCV, or just steal theirs.
Then expand with a double (or sometimes triple) tech tree and feel like a god

I loved tibsun, although in a pinch RA2 took the crown for me. Tiberian wars was pretty cool too, if only for the juggernaut mechs. Those things were insane. used to love making a siege battalion with them and just pushing enemies back into their bases while I built up my air power

Haha no. If it cost me that much to buy, they get to endure the update time

No joke I was actually in a supermarket a couple of days ago and one of those "free samples" stands was just giving out bits of fucking kale. There was a lady stood there trying to entice people with fried bits of kale for fucks sake.

This. Tastes like chlorophyll and has the consistency of whipped puke. Hard pass.

No worries, I picked it up in 21 while I was watching a lot of homestead rescue lmao, and it's pretty fun, you even start with a little all-terrain golf cart :D

It's a bit different from a farmy game a la stardew, but ranch simulator is a great little farm game that involves building, livestock, pretty sure crop farming is here now, you can even make meat into sausages and make cheese and stuff.
First\third person game, not a top down. You have to cut and mill your own trees into planks, there's vehicles, there's hunting, there's trading, there's chickens!
Cozy level - it's almost boringly comfortable. Really engaging though. Has online too!

Do you have any other preference beyond "good" and "third person"? If you really want old you could try fade to black (win 3.1) or outcast

Psi ops on the first gen Xbox was pretty cool, and prototype is fun as hell. Story's a bit weak but the gameplay is really fun.
