If she likes sci fi but more cute stuff then Ratchet and Clank, Psychonauts 2, Star Ocean.
There are so many sci fi games out there that it's hard to know what she would enjoy. Do you know any other specifics?
A lot of games are cross platform so choice be more on particular exclusives if any.

Secret Agent Clank Came with a tiny Clank figure in a tux! It was adorable!
On a more practical side I loved that Final Fantasy Crisis Core for PSP came with a Shinra styled case to store the rather fragile game inside.
