Maybe Soundgarden's alot different but the quiet loud quiet format used by Pixies and then Nirvana plus the screaming with wild animalistic abandon, how can you not compare, especially when Kurt said he was basically just ripping off the Pixies and even sort out Steve albini for his last major studio record.

Yeah I was born in 88 but listened to them throughout my 20's two, my faves are probs bone Machine , break my body, river Euphrates, ed is dead and debaser, and fave Soundgarden probs , fell on black days, today I tried to live and black hole sun.
