my average screen on time is 10hrs. Youtube, safari, reddit, spotify on background, and LTE 90% of the time. This is what the Battery page says.

And i think it's accurate because i sometimes measure it myself, it loses about 10% per hour of continuous usage.

Could also do like Shortcuts automation, automatically turns off when battery % hits at certain number you like, i would choose 80%.
