Photography is my thing. I always admire works that fooled me into thinking it was a photo. Well done! I wish I had a photo like this.

This is how the world looks like when you have myopia/short-sightedness.
Taken with my old Nikon D3300 with a kit 18-55 Nikor lens.
It's two exposures from a tripod (one focused on glasses, second focused on infinity) blended together in Photoshop.
Taken in Monaco, 2016.

Cheers! I don't know what Eze is. It is Monaco, from TĂȘte de Chien (Dog's Head). As far as I remember, I've only been there twice, years ago.
