Reply to Eli5: Hemorrhoids. by ArinandArson
Hemorrhoids are nothing to be shamed of! Many women get them from being pregnant. Some go away, some stay. Some stay the same for years and some get worse over time. I got mine checke this year and surgery would be possible, even without staying over night in the hospital. But(t - hehe) the procedure is quite painful, better said the healing process. It really also depends on how it looks at the last part of colon inside, after the Anus. The situation can differ also from how the anus is working properly. Please see a specialist for your personal diagnosis. Doctors that work in that field see that everyday, they won't shame you for anything.
Also I'd recommend to get a mobile bidet. You can fill up a little bottle with water (warm, at best) and clean your private area. The special outlet will splash that water on the dirty parts and makes it easier to clean. It will not only save you a lot of toilet paper but also the paint that comes when you have to wipe often to be clean. No more bloody spots or feeling of being clean 100%.
If you have lady parts you can use that very well for that area :) especially on periods or post partum days.

If available where you are, get the brand kativa for home treatment or even bring that to her salon. I'm using this and did a quick check, it's free from formaldehyde and works like a charm
