My dad died of cancer two years ago and every time I think back to a time I was ungrateful when he was trying to be thoughtful, I feel actual pain

I walk 10,000 steps a day - so yes, over 4 miles - and I've worn the same pair of Adidas £50 trainers for 7 years. They're still going fine!
Don't see how those steps will 'chew threw' shoes??
