Steamboat Willie came out in 1928. Which was the first ever appearence of Mickey Mouse. Which Disney is going to hate.

What you find is that as you go back, that you have so many great, great, great.... grandparents. So Edward was born 1020 years ago, which is roughly 40 generations. In that time you "should" have had 1 trillion ancestors. Which is about 10 times more people who have ever lived. Because the same people keep turning up on different branches of your family tree. Especially when you get to about the tenth generation.
Essentially we have so many ancestors that as long you have children and they have children. Your line will continue indefinetly and you'll have millions of descendants.

They already knew that he was a descendant or at least related. The visual reconstruction, came after the DNA tests.

So why is he the only one, noted as a descendant and not everybody else?

There was one teacher, in Somerset, England. Whose relatives have moved about 0.5 miles, in 9,000 years.

But at least everybody knows about "funny" repairs and can keep an eye on it and do a proper repair later on. When mission control sends up a new repair kit.

They had a hole in one spacecraft, as it got damaged during construction and somebody just put a patch on it.
It could have been caused by a micro-meteorite or it could just be Russian build quality.

I'm sure that humans keep correctimg the time and planetary movements. The clock has to be wound upnon probably a daily basis and it's impossible for a non-atomic clock to be accurate for thst long. Even a quartz watch (without radio or internet time corrections) will be out by a few minutes each year. And that's without taking into account leap seconds. Which the designer could never have considered as they only started in 1960-1972 and are irregularly placed with only about 6 months notice.

But he can't change his name. There are people who transitioned their gender years ago. Still using the same username that references their old gender because thry can't change it and have too much karma on their main account, to lose it. As once you get over 100K comment or post. Reddit gets a bit more interesting.

Why not just get the janitor to turn off all if the power at night and then to turn it back on in the morning? You just need to unsure that allnof the comoutersnare turned off at the end of the day and power the fire and burglar alarms with a UPS. The only other issue would be fridge/freezersbut you could run a second line tonthe kitchens/school nurse.
