The rooster we cooked was given to us by a local farmer. I come from an Asian background, and we tend to eat most parts of an animal. So if you think this dish seems a little strange, I completely understand!
I’ve had a lot of different burgers in my life, and I’ve noticed that the best ones are usually also the messier looking ones. I would definitely try the burger in this pic!

We used soybean sauce and oyster sauce, you can get those at your local Asian supermarket
