Really depends on where the fallacy is, and how many forks exist within the argument - that is how complex and dependent upon arguments vs evidence - and how many credible arguments are necessary to consider. What the magnitude and scope of the argument is, and how important it may potentially be or influential it is, on something say socioeconomic quality of life or morality, immediate physical threat, etc. VS something like which artwork is better or whether pineapple belongs on pizza ๐ (it's been firmly-regarded as irrefutable philosophical truth that it doesn't FYI).
I mean yeah technically containing a fallacy doesn't make the whole argument fallacious or worthless...but it still often does. So I don't think we need to do away with Fallacy Theory; we need to use it more appropriately/proportionally; conversely we also should make better arguments, with few, less extreme, or no logical fallacies.
I can readily disregard Fallacy Theory, then proceed to have my above argument become stronger, or more true than not, at least partly due to Fallacy Theory not being here to thwart me! ๐

And there are always leftover parts you're afraid should've been used.

I honestly don't know who the true Bad Guy is in this story. Like yes he did wrong and it's abusive, but she should legally be ordered to buy him a new penis at least.

Lol they don't have "adequate pay" - hence the union word floating around lately.
This is a silly false dilemma: they're not asking for the cure for cancer, dude - just the ability to afford a one-bedroom apartment. Less skuzzy healthcare criteria would be neat too.
Do you run Union-busting PR for Trader Joe's or something lol? Try a sample of some empathy.

Who needs unions when you've got free samples!

Yeah he handed out the wrong "punishment" for her indiscreet crime: coulda made this dime serve some serious time ๐.
Also what is it with men or women from the 1940s and 50s like somehow being thick or built, but have more of a concave abdomen? I know some people sucked in their guts, but this feature seems way to common, especially considering they actually admired curvier figures. I wonder if it really had to do with a lack of sugar in everything and actually having to walk places ๐.
I know this era is all about body positivity, but the more in the middle one has, generally there's a correlation with lower life expectancy or more health complications. I can't believe there isn't correlation with worse mental health outcomes independent of public perception too.
