He’s not wrong that KY3 tends to take some significant “journalistic liberties” with their writing. With that being said, I think I should be illegal for law enforcement to flat out decline to comment on their actions. If you are concerned about your public perception, don’t behave in a way that would be publicly rejected. At the very least sign a contract that all interviews must be recorded with exclusively raw, unedited footage published. It would accomplish the same goal and maintain the true integrity of the interview for both parties.

Read my last sentence. I did mention variables and anecdotal “evidence” for my point. You wanted to discuss and I threw in my 2 cents. Just offering a common perspective from those I’ve encountered in my years of experience working with hundreds of other servers through the years. We all greatly value our tip situation. I only met ONE server that felt like pay was unfair. The rest of them appreciated working 20-30 hours a week and making as much as full time hourly workers. Every job has its ups and downs.

As someone who was a server and bartender for 14 years….I would never ever trade tipping for a flat rate of pay. You could pay me $15 an hour and I would have still been taking a loss. I feel like this “Pay the servers better” is coming from people who just don’t like tipping, not from the employees themselves. As servers we do get paid a minimum wage and if during the pay period we don’t earn an average of state minimum, we do get compensated to make up for the shortage. In 14 years that has never happened to me though. Of course there are tons of variables here but this is my anecdotal experience.

I took it over the summer with Alan Papen at OTC. Its been 12 years and I still remember his name because of how great of a teacher he was. Great guy, very interesting, excellent instructor. And I hate math and am not good at algebra. He made the class enjoyable.

MO state does forgiveness. If you take it again it will overwrite the previous grade. I failed college algebra twice and it’s not on my transcript at all. Took it at OTC over the summer and my transcript shows the B I got from the OTC transfer credit.

Some older buildings are too old and dated and when you try to renovate they have to meet current building code. The 100 year old existing structures don’t have the ability to be brought to code without gutting the entire thing, which is often not possible because it lacks structural integrity.

I have a CB 300 I can sell you if you are looking for starter bike. I bought it over the summer and with my new job I just can’t ride it much and it needs a more attentive owner :/
