Cat values can vary extremely widely. Your car may just have a cheap end cat on it purely due to the metal used inside.

Speak with a lawyer if you don't get compensation you are satisfied with from the landlord. Sounds like you could have been paying for everyones laundry for a while.

If I'm on my bicycle on the sidewalk, I am to a crawl. If i see a person, they have complete right of way. I don't even ask them to move.
