Both increase dissociation, and chronic / severe PTSD dissociative subtype with dissociation ranging from the low end of thought absorption and zone outs, the moderate end of depersonalization and derealization emotional numbing and detachment, and the severe end of fragmented self states / identity fragmentation (doesn’t rise to full on “system” of personalities but feels like being a different person or being possessed for a lack of a better word)
