For the good ones, they have a specific niche and “influencer” is just a catch-all term. In this case, they’re food critics. They’re just employed by themselves instead of e.g. a newspaper

I would find somewhere in the burbs you can metro out to. When I had my car shipped I sent it to my mom’s house but I’m guessing you don’t have that option.

Actually, I used to take the MARC to Laurel, Md every day. Parking lot there should be plenty big. That’s definitely an option. Maybe $6, 30-40 minute ride I think.

IMO, driving/parking at DCA is the logistical nightmare - metro in is the solution

$2400/month? That’s less than a month at minimum wage ($16.04) for 40 hours a week in LA.

This whole post sounds so entitled. How to do it? Grow up and face the reality that you can’t have it all. Work more hours, get a better job, move to somewhere with more opportunity for you.

Sometimes when a car gets too close I'll push their mirror in or smack the side/hood/trunk of the car. Maybe not productive, but I'm sure if DC was notorious for pedestrians pushing mirrors in, cars would leave more distance. MDP is useless.
