I've seen both, I thought Missing was better but either one will be a fun watch.

Reply to This probably sounds stupid, but how do you guys watch all of your movies? by Mindless_Bad_1591
I watch roughly 250-300 movies a year, roughly 100 of them in theaters. What allows this:
-
Theater subscription services mean that there is no additional cost to seeing more movies. I occasionally get concessions but I'd say as my theater-going increased my concessions spending did not.
-
I work from home, which means I have no commuting time and can often double dip on chores during work
-
I have no kids or real responsibilities
-
I don't really do much other visual media - I rarely watch TV shows and don't really ever watch YouTube or tiktok or whatever.

I didn't see Gravity in theaters at all, but I can see it being something that would be cool. I don't mean to imply that there aren't any others than what I listed, but they're pretty rare.
Same on the glasses over glasses issue

Yeah that doesn't surprise me, I just haven't seen the re-release. I'd trust Cameron to be worth seeing in 3D but he's basically the only one.

In my life, there have been two movies where I thought the 3D was actually worth something, and they're both Avatar movies. In every other situation I think 3D is a worse experience all around.

That is bold. I'd have to watch the movie again to say if I agree, but it's an awesome movie so maybe I should watch it again anyway haha.

Fun fact - the son from the movie grew up to be the CWverse version of Superman. He's also awesome in Everybody Wants Some!!

Reply to After watching a few videos on the source of the real Men In Black conspiracy from which the comedy movie is based off on do you think they should reboot the movie and make it into more of a horror science fiction movie? by herewego199209
I think you could make a good movie out of it, but I don't think tying it to the existing MIB brand would work. I just don't think audiences would accept an action comedy series morphing into a horror movie. It might become a cult favorite, but from general audiences you'd get like an F cinemascore and horrible word of mouth.

10 - loved it, no complaints
9 - loved it, with some minor reservations
8 - liked it, but wouldn't be comfortable calling this one of my favorites
7 - liked it but I think there are distinct flaws
6 - okay, I'm mixed on it but on balance I liked it, or I think this movie is very well done but I didn't really click with it
5 - okay, mixed but on balance I didn't like it
4 - bad but has some redeeming qualities
3 - bad but has a single good scene or redeeming quality
2 - Sucks and I don't think there's anything I liked in it, but at least it's a competently made movie
1 - reserved for incompetently made movies (The Room) and the absolute worst of the worst movies that actually made me mad. I've rated 1501 movies on Lettsrboxd and given this rating three times

Exactly, and I think that's what is so great about the Coens. I'd rather they make these idiosyncratic movies that I sometimes love but sometimes don't vibe with than make blander stuff that's always okay but never great.

It's funny, I feel like everyone has one of these for the Coen brothers, even their biggest fans. Just in the first 25 comments in this thread we have The Big Lebowski, Fargo, and O Brother Where Art Thou (O Brother would be the one for me).
EDIT: And now there's a No Country for Old Men mention. That's almost a quarter of their filmography in this thread.

Seeing Terrifier 2 with a receptive audience is the most fun I've had in a theater this year.

I was mostly not a huge fan, but I did think the climactic scene >!where a character plays Lebron one-on-one and gets absolutely destroyed!< was really funny.
