Yeah. I moved right by there about 6 years ago and it's been pretty remarkable the growth over the last 2 years. Gonna get priced out as soon as the trolley is back up

Yeah, I mean, go check out the Port Richmond neighborhood Facebook groups. They're filled with legit lunatics
