I agree. Any home made food service (especially niche or cultural) would be interesting. I only state the above as there are certain regulations and requirements (read: capital investment) that needs to be met for providing that level of food service safely, both for patrons and OP. probably. There are rental options for the commercial kitchen piece of it. But there's other requirements like someone who is in charge of the food prep is required to go to and pass a certification exam. Also forming an LLC may be appropriate to limit personal liability issues should someone claim against OP. I may be paranoid about this stuff, but we are in a fairly litigious culture.
