This isn't in force until next year, Coca-Cola are doing it voluntarily and are the only ones I've seen do it.

Reply to ELI5: How does citizenship work? Can I (US Citizen) move to the EU and just become a citizen? by _99Percent
Broadly speaking every country makes up their own rules for how non citizens can come to the country legally, how long they can stay for and what they have to do to become permeant residents and citizens.
This will be slightly different for each country, even within the EU.
Same applies to who they let become a citizen from birth.

Reply to ELI5: How does a beer bottle top stop the gas in the bottle from escaping enough for it to remain fizzy for extremely long times? by trumps_baggy_gloves
There is a bit of plastic inside the bottle cap, when the cap is crimped onto the bottle it creates a gas tight seal.

Reply to ELI5: Why is a pedometer something that counts steps, but a pedophile someone who loves children? Is the word for foot and child the same in Latin? by [deleted]
'ped-' relating to "foot" is from Latin 'pēs', gen. 'pedis'. 'ped-',
'paed-', relating to children is from Ancient Greek 'pais', genitive 'paidos'
The word is actually paedophile but that was too difficult for Americans to spell.
