It's about 0c here today and in Canada and it was delicious I think it was Australian lamb too

It is a chop but just smaller, even food network and others call these Lollipop Chops but maybe it's a north American thing? It's just what the packaging called it and first time making them sorry if I miss labeled them

I'll add that it was my first ever attempt at making them/ cooking lamb and it was very tasty, plus got both the meat and seasoning from the 50% off rack

Unfortunately I got too caught up in the deliciousness I didn't but it was medium rare
