I had gotten the month wrong and didn’t realize until filling out the questionnaire. I emailed them asking what to do and they gave next steps without any issue. I think as long as you aren’t avoiding or ditching they are accommodating.

I missed my date and emailed when I realized — they gave me next steps for a new date via email within 1 day of emailing. Worth trying.

Oddly enough while living in Los Angeles and being around a lot of passive aggressive behavior I missed how abrasive people can be in NJ. If they have a problem they say something. In LA everyone beat around the bush, it was so tiring.

a friend had trouble selling their condo bc one person owned a heck of a lot of the condos and apparently was behind on their HOA so that jacked up the HOA for everyone else and new buyers didnt want to buy with such a high fee
