Right?! I went to highschool with these fuckers like 20 years ago and that song has always stuck with me.

No it is a band that I went to highschool with like 20 years ago. They just also have a good cover song that is just the Tool song "Sober" played at a quicker pace.
Hence the name "Sober on Speed"
