Post?
Almost 4000 people died from SARS-CoV-2 last week alone.
We're very much NOT "post covid"

Business can afford it now. If they can't pay their employees sufficient that the employee can buy necessities, then they can't afford to be in business unless they just do the work themselves

Now we have nothing left to compromise to get to a 2023 wage now that we've achieved a 2012 wage

Ok, I didn't know she was sick. speaking a different language a barrier to being placed with family? I'm not up to date on Ana's family tree so I'm not understanding why my comment has been brigaded

I don't understand why their grandma can't take care of them
Why the downvotes? They have a grandma. Why do people think it's better they get tossed into the foster care system and likely separated rather than being placed with existing family
Stop brigading my comment you cowards and actually say something

The solution here is to make the schools upgrade ventilation systems with the arpa money they got specifically to upgrade ventilation systems.
This infighting with each has to stop because nobody is winning and the kids are still sick. If instead you both used this energy to demand the schools do the ventilation upgrades we'd actually make progress and the kids would be less sick

No. I wear an elastomeric and don't spend time in public around people.

These exist, and the textiles that aren't reusable go there. That's why the rule is to take ALL textiles to the clothing bins. Those charity bins have a sorting process already. Usable goes to be resold in thrift, unusable gets sent to "tear down" to be repurposed.

I worked at a gas station that offered a full service lane and got tips. Not from everyone but it was fairly common.
