Reply to [WP] It's the traditional tale of the knight saving the princess from the dragon. The twist here is that the knight is saving a dragon from a giant fire-breathing princess. by RedVelvet_Milkshake
Gardale huffed, panting as he struggled to make his way up the huge mountaine. Why is the air here so thin? He thought, inhaling huge gulps of air. He plopped down on a large Boulder, shrugging off his breastplate. "I can probably go without it for a while," He said outlook after a moment if silence. "I mean, it's not like Princess or Dragon is gonna Stab me. . . .
Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit! Gardale panicked as a massive column of flame shot from the huge doorway of the castle. He shivered from horns to tail-tip as the largest, prettiest, most terrifying princes He had ever seen slammed the door off it's hinges. "YOU DARE TRY TO RESCUE MY DRAGON?" Boomed the creature, snorting steam from her nostrils. "HE IS MINE!" Gardale dodged another fire blast, flapping his wings to get airborne. Darting above the princess's head, he dropped a huge glob if mud in her hair. The beast shrieked, a blood-curdling sound that rattled Gardale's teeth and talons. "MY HAIIR! HOW COULD YOU! I SPENT TWO HOURS ON THIS! GRAAHHH!!!!" Ignoring the creature, Gardale flung himself at the open window of the highest tower. There sat Detri, wings bound with clips and a metal collar encircling his long, beautiful neck. Gardale rushed to embrace his love, nuzzling his ear. Pulling back, he began working clumsily at the catch on the collar and chain. "How could she do this to you," he asked, worry scrunched his brow. "I'm fine, Daley. You're such a worry wart!"
. . .
A tear trickled down Gardale's scaley cheek. "Do you, Sir Gardale Regamind, take Detri Folar, as your lawfully wedded husband, and love him past life's end?" "I do." "And do you, Detri Folar, take Sir Gardale Regamind, as your lawfully wedded husband, and love him past life's end?" "I do."
Tada! This is my first comment on this thread, I already love it.

In it, an old fountain pen and a note saying, “Don’t let them find it.” You test the pen by drawing a simple bird. A moment later you hear a flutter of wings just outside your window. by Reach-for-the-sky_15
