My apologies, Ask This Old House is a spinoff of the original series. Where it is aired on my system it totally replaced the original series causing the confusion on my part. Crow for breakfast;-)
One show, two names. Ask This Old House began as a segment of This Old House. The former host, Steve Thomas, left the show and the Ask guys took over the whole show. Bob Vila was the original host.
Home Time was a really good show that did projects that everyday DIY people could do. Cute co- host too.
