Take time to work on yourself (especially emotionally/mentally) and make friends (meet up is a good place to meet people with similar hobbies). I look for people who are continuing to grow and improve themselves, but not a project or someone I need to change. Dating is not easy, I like OK Cupid - but only select non monogamous if you are ok with that for the duration of your relationship.
