Yah you are right, they are evil. There is a specific nonresident MA form you can google and read a description to better understand apportioning.

Just use the TurboTax and follow the apportion instructions. Basically you input number of working days in and out of MA

This is an investment but the best thing we did was install a cedar fence around our yard. We rarely see them inside that perimeter. Our dog mostly gets them on walks on side of road but luckily most are dog ticks vs deer ticks. Through checking upon return helps a lot but we still miss some

The end of the red line park street stop has a door which escalator that goes straight outside so you don't have to mess with the green line level if you are just trying to get outside.

Madbury- Quaint, pretty, farmland, nice houses overall. Small town feel but super close to Dover, Durham, and Portsmouth. The town itself has no real businesses or community identity really.
