I agree it is prohibitive to new businesses being started.

Having said that I think if $500 a year puts your business in the red it wasn’t viable to begin with and you were for some reason assuming first year profitability in a new business.

People should stop watching Tik toks about starting an LLC drop shipping company for eBay or Amazon. And get a degree or a job.

This is a good option, but not a right that you are automatically allowed to park at a Walmart overnight. Most are ok with it, but some don’t allow it (locations in cities/high homelessness areas) ask a manager first.

My dad did this in the other direction, avoiding brokers is tough, because that’s how the industry works, but you should try to find a driver direct.

Also just a heads up if you don’t know: you have to have a few days to weeks window to be around for pick up because they have to drive around filling the trailer around the region. Also you have to be at the end destination to receive car and they will tell you the day regardless of your schedule.

Hey I’ve never bought them or owned a farm but I have been bored and googled before: I think availability maybe seasonal (order for spring time) from what I’ve seen in Massachusetts. Also you can get them shipped live or in fertilized eggs to your door from many companies online. (Also seems seasonal)
