People having opinions other than mine are not imposing them on me because they have no authority or agency to do it. They might be nasty or annoying or just plain contrary, but they're not imposing anything. I still like the film I like and continue to not agree with them.

They should give them stun-guns to make sure the people who don't know how to act are kept in line.

A creator creates and an audience likes the creation or not. I stop reading whenever anyone discusses who someone dates because, frankly, it's not their business in any way.

I'm all for congestion pricing to keep some folks out of Manhattan. However, there are just too many taxis and other livery vehicles on some streets. 6th Avenue is a perfect example. You have multiple subway lines right there. You have buses right there.

People can have two different thoughts at the same time. If that's hard for some, maybe Prevagen will help (or kill them...whichever).

People like me enjoy neighborhoods that don't have buildings that are hideous.

When it comes to private homes in a neighborhood, there's a certain calming factor of not having something stand out like the owner is screaming, "Look at me," 24/7.

If it's every single day and you hear it on the 19th floor I suggest it might be some sort of mechanical noise that to your ear is mimicking a scream. I see no other reference to this happening after a quick search.

There are plenty of places to build within the five boroughs without having to make a historic block look like some imbecile with too much money crapped all over it. As for my borough of Queens, there too many one-family homes that are three stories with 116 columns and ugly as shit statues all over it. I mean, have some restraint.

My law - designed to piss off developers - would be that no landmark building that is demolished may be replaced by one that does not mimic the original structure. You can also eventually expand that to include non-landmarks in the outer boroughs (esp Queens) which are replaced with monstrosities built by people with no taste.
