This seems weird. Why would a harvest permit be needed for an invasive species? Good way to hamstring any efforts to eliminate it. Standard practice is to make invasive species fair game 24/7. Kill all you want.

Fun fact - Harvard is filled with arrogant dipshits. On all levels. Twenty percent of students get in as legacies. The law school has an emeritus who partied on Pedo Island with Epstein and a chair who literally thinks we should be a fascist country "for our own good."

It is a moral cesspool.

Depends. Inside could become very dark even on a bright day. And windows weren't always convenient because pane glass wasn't around the weather could be an issue.
