The only thing I could think of is Max somehow becomes a target of the people Vincent worked for. But idk why they’d wait 15 years to deal with him if he was that problematic of a loose end.

It happens offscreen, but Eric believed and said he would do it as Andrew was the non believer.
Also, either way it was still after all the horsemen were dead, so it shouldn’t have worked but it seems like it did, so Leonard was also still lying about that.

Leonard also says once the four of them are dead and they didn’t make their choice it would be too late to stop it.
However >!Eric killed himself, which Leonard said wouldn’t be enough, and everything stops. This suggests he was lying, or at least adding his own details.!<

Essentially yes, but it was showing them their choices had consequences.
It probably shouldn’t make sense to non cult people, although the ending shows they were right.

They believed in their shared visions, which may have told them they had to do that, but it was also supposed to motivate Andrew and Eric to make their choice. Because if they don’t sacrifice one of them, innocents will die. Kind of accenting that.

Not really, no. If an actor does have a surprise hit though, that will definitely land them other/better roles.

Drive is based on a 2005 novel by James Sallis.
According to the director, the inspiration was Grimm Fairy Tales.

I haven’t seen the movie in a minute, but I don’t think she knew for sure what Cole was, only that there was something going on he wasn’t telling her. He tells her in the scene in the car iirc.
Cole probably didn’t trust doctors because they would tell him or his mom something was wrong with him while not knowing the real reason.

I thought the point was Timberlake was not as cool as he thought, more of a dork. Eduardo saw right through it, and Mark probably did too, but wanted to use what he could to get rich. The other parties were not supposed to be seen as cool, but as how Mark hated having to try to get anything from that crowd by believing he was far superior to them.
Noting this is all from Eduardo’s point of view since the book is told from his side of the story.

Because generally a character completely unrecognizable won’t be taken as seriously as someone delivering a performance as themselves.
Not to mention most movies don’t call for this either.
Also, Hook was panned on release, although it’s seen in a better light now.
