Re: internet, there's always satellite, but take care because somehow I moved into one of the areas where only a couple companies service. It's worth plugging addresses into providers' websites and using the state internet maps as you look for somewhere to live. Congratulations on your next adventure!

Ditto & while I went for a more minimal model there are definitely some with springs and natural foam (from rubber tree sap spun up like marshmallow fluff, it's pretty nifty) that are very much like a traditional mattress OP might be looking for, just without the off-gassing.
