Busting your Johnny balls even, keep at it dude. Just do construction or any of the brick layers etc. type jobs.

You may be a hardened criminal with a felon rap sheet 4 miles long. But you are doing the right thing!

I also worked a computer store in the 90s, can confirm. Was always someone who would drive through the snow storm to pick up a BNC connector or a stack of blank CDs

I bought a house for 220k when I was making 55k. Single income, single dude. You can do it, it was tight with the oil bill and electric. But you’ll always make more money if you are buying a house. Since you are looking towards your future.

I’ve tripled my income in the past couple years, each year gets easier.

I keep hearing inexpensive but yet to find a flight cheaper then Bradley. I just booked Orlando (75 round trip) and Miami for (240 Round trip) while they are upwards 320-400 for the similar.

I guess it’s good if you are closer to New Haven, but it’s not cheap.BDL has same flights out of spirit and breeze for Better rates and more Flying options.

Hey, next time just call AAA or even local police station. They should help out. Just seeing this now

Also, for anyone else, anyone with a AAA membership can help other people using it. It no longer attached to a car.

Also best of luck, I have confidence you will come through and get out of your current situation. Just need a support system, I would call CHD. The mental health place, they also offer guidance and services in your situation.

The first knee jerk response to go solar and begin taking on a huge responsibility and lock yourself into more payments. Which is typical.

But why not figure out why you used so much electricity? You say energy friendly but that bill doesn’t represent it. Even at half the rate that’s a ton of energy. (Look at the comment with the dude has solar + paying 300)

My bill was $189 (record high) for 1600 square feet using oil. Mostly because I’ve been supplementing using space heaters.

Maybe an energy audit, or look at your month over month usage and see where the spike is. I’ve gone through all my equipment and calculated how much electricity I use and why.

My hot tub for example, I estimate is about $30 a month by itself and the heaters are $40 ($1-1.50 per day) the math worked out close because last year this time my bill was $120

Having control and knowledge over your usage helps stability in your bill. That’s energy friendly ;)

The rush to get solar and keep carelessly burning up energy blows my mind here. Don’t forget to switch your supplier and save 10 cents per kw.

Lastly: oil heat burns a lot of electricity as well with hot water. The blower motor constantly runs, I replaced mine with new energy efficient one.

For the first time I bought those cartons of Kirkland cages free egg whites. Actually pretty sweet, shake it up make omelette scrambled eggs.

Was worth it, so cheap like 10 bucks for 6 cartons of it. I’m not paying more then 3-4 for a dozen eggs.

You don’t need to switch every 6 months if you utilize EnergizeCT and select a different supplier.

I had a 7 cents rate for 3 years with Liberty power. Now I have 13 cents for 3 years through constellation.

You can still grab a 14.8c for 34 months at thinkenergy in that link. There is no difference in suppliers just a weird gimmick we do here
