No, but then you wouldn't have to click on the link to disambiguate the title, which is probably the point. Article titles are rarely even chosen by the article's writer nowadays

This is the Internet. Sensationalised headlines generate more clicks which in turn generates more ad revenue. Admittedly it's a pretty shitty system but that's what you get when information has to be profitable.
