Are you describing the scene Raiders of the Lost Ark when the Nazis open the Ark of the Covenant and their faces all melt off, one of the most famous scenes in movie history as being similar to a sexy scene of a woman licking chocolate off of a man's finger.

And did you call it Indiana Jones and the Ark of Doom. Which is apparently a mashup of Raiders of the Lost Ark and Temple of Doom.
